Dan started recruiting and headhunting in the Real Estate Debt and Private Equity markets in 2013, having previously gained strong sales experience working closely with an angel investor, assisting in bringing new products to market. Earlier in his career, Dan was a semi-professional racing driver, and previously studied a BSc in Business at Oxford Brookes University.

Ted started in financial services recruitment in 1998 and has successfully completed assignments across Europe and the US from Associate to European & Global Head level. In 2003 Ted won the award of “Best International Recruiter” as voted by the banking community through The International Securitisation Report (ISR Magazine). Ted studied a BA in English and History at Brunel University.

Anders joined Imperium Search in 2022 as an Associate Director, having spent seven years at a Global Real Estate recruitment business, where he managed their property finance coverage team. He also previously worked for a recruitment business placing financial services professionals across Europe. Anders is originally from Stockholm and is fluent in Swedish.

Michael joined Imperium Search in 2023 as a Junior Researcher. Michael previously gained recruitment experience within a FTSE 100 business, however wanted to move to a dedicated Real Assets focussed search firm. Michael plays an integral role in supporting the consultants in their work and outside of work, is a competitive golfer.

Katie has 10 years' experience in marketing, specialising in the real estate sector. She has previously worked for Colliers, British Land and St. Pancras International. She has a BA in Journalism from the University of Sheffield, is an avid skier and enjoys boxing, Pilates and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
